National Association of Rural, Ecological and Cultural - A.N.T.R.E.C., founded in 1994, responsible development movement born of accommodation for tourists to residents. Activities by association members is assigned emblem of quality housing, responding to specific requirements. These emblems are accompanied by a classification under the law, which informs consumers on the benefits offered objective. The association complies art.196-261 New Romanian Civil Code, Law 21 of 1924, as amended by Ordinance 26 of 2000. The association has 32 regional branches and more than 2,500 active members, volunteers and supporters.

University of Akureyri (Icelandic: Háskólinn á Akureyri) was founded on September 5, 1987 in the town of Akureyri in the north-east of Iceland. It has grown since then and were founded a school of health sciences, humanities and social sciences, as well as a business school and science. Over 2,000 students attended the university in the fall semester of 2014, about half of them through distance education, making the university the largest provider of distance education in the country. University of Akureyri Iceland collaborates with other universities to operate in the Westfjords University Centre (Háskólasetur Vestfjarða) located in Ísafjörður, which has two master's degree programs, one in coastal and marine management and other marine innovation. In addition, the University of Akureyri collaborate with other universities and Nordic Studies Nordic Masters programs Polar Western Law.

Founded in 1990, the 26-year-old Western University "Vasile Goldis" Arad has become a city of science and culture Arad, Transylvania and Euro-regional, integrated in the European research and education, as a member of the European University Association - EUA, European Consortium "Carolus Magnus" Danubian University Association, Association of Universities and Transcarpathian (acre), Alliance of Universities for Democracy (AUDEM), holding vice president FEDE - European Federation of Schools Upper participatory body of the Council of Europe. As a corollary of the academic community efforts for quality, our University and was awarded the maximum rating "high confidence" in 2009 by the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
